We're Here to Help

The goal of Dr. Liskey and the MillyVet team is to provide an experience that is peaceful and as low-stress as possible for both the pet and family. We are here to help guide you through this difficult time, answering any questions you may have.

Our house call visits allow families to remain in the environment they feel most comfortable. Some families choose to share their last moments together in their favorite cozy chair or pet bed, while others choose a favorite outdoor spot.

Dr. Liskey is available for appointments Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend and holiday appointments may be available upon request. Our well trained staff are available to answer calls and emails 7 days a week.

Aftercare Services

Private Cremation + Transportation

With this option, your pet is carefully transported to a licensed crematory, where they will be cremated in a private cremation chamber. Your pets' ashes will be returned in the complimentary urn of your choice to your regular veterinarian or shipped directly to your home. Additional services available (see below). Complimentary urn choices are pictured below.

Communal Cremation + Transportation

With this option, your pet is carefully transported to a licensed crematory, where they are cremated alongside other beloved pets. Their ashes will not be returned to the owner, but instead are gently and lovingly spread. Additional services available (see below).

Varies

Add-on services are available for an additional fee, including; clay paw or nose print, ink paw or nose print. Upgraded urns, jewelry and other keepsakes are also available. More information available upon request.

Cremation pick up

This service is reserved for those whose pets have already passed, but desire cremation services. It can feel difficult, both physically and emotionally, to drive your pet’s body to a clinic or crematory on your own – so we offer the convenience of at-home pickup. Dr. Liskey will respectfully pick up your pet from your home and transport your pet for cremation. Cremation fees are not included in this price.

This service is offered for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets and other small exotic mammals.

By appointment only. An additional fee will apply for evening, weekend, and holiday appointments. There is an additional charge for extended travel, and pets over 125 lbs.. We partner with Agape Pet Services for aftercare services.
